ANNECTO – EMERGENCY AFTER-HOURS RESPONSE SERVICE (EARS)

Freecall: 1800 72 72 80(after hours only) EARS provides free support, in-home and emergency after-hours assistance to eligible people finding themselves in unexpected times of need. EARS provides assistance for people with a disability, older people and their carers. including short-term personal care, telephone and in-home support, at no cost, after-hours. For older persons, people with a disability, or care for someone older or who has a disability. EARS is designed for people who don’t have access to an after-hours service (either not on a funded package or their agency doesn’t provide an after-hours service). Program Hours:5.00pm – 9.00am, Monday – Friday, and 24 hours on weekends and public holidays. Office Hours:9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
